High Carbon Annealed Steel Strips

Grades: SAE1095, SAE1075, SAE1065 & SAE1050

Width	6mm to 600mm
Thickness	0.2mm to 4.5mm
Finish	Bright and Matt
Flatness	When a five-meter length of the strip is allowed to lay on a flat surface no part of the strip shall lift more than five mm from the flat surface by its own weight.
Grades	High Carbon, Medium Carbon, Low Carbon and alloy steel
Camber	Maximum tolerance on edge camber in any 2000mm length: 10mm
Coil Form	In Slit width or Mill width
Cut Length	Minimum 1kg/mm strip width, Maximum 8KM/mm strip width
Coil Weight	Max length 3000mm + 2mm - Nil, Minimum length 500mm + 2mm - Nil
Coil Dimensions	Coil I.D. can be offered with 300mm, 400mm & 500mm.
Packing	The cold rolled strips are packed with light coat of V.C.I. oil followed by wrapping with this polythene film and finally with Polythene lined Hessian strips. These are further covered with Sea worthy G.I. sheets and strapped on metallic pallets in case of exports.
